Do not submit any content that you consider to be private or confidential!

Before using one of the earlier mentioned items, make sure you have written consent of said owner or legal representative.

• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Submit your counter-notification to the same address as above, but with subject 'DMCA counter-notification'.
