Getting a file into Itunes/

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I downladed the Horizons loop and was just wondering if it is possible to put into Itunes so I can add it to my Ipod.

Add it to your library...  I think there's an option in there somewhere..  Import song into Library or Import folder into Library...  It's been a while since I used iTunes.

Or just drag it into itunes

It would also depend on what format it's in. I'm assuming mp3, so you should just do what TheWorm and kirky have said to.
