How do i post in the seed wanted torrents area?

I am particularly trying to DL (and hopefully seed!) the 3 Easter parade torrents  posted here, but they all seem dead. They have been sitting at 0% for about 2 weeks now.

Also if anyone has any further parades - holiday ones in particular, we'd love to seed them.

You seem to still be validating. Maybe one of the mods can validate you if you have already tried to validate yourself from the e-mail message you were supposed to recieve. I haven't been on here lately so I don't know what the procedure they are using nowadays.

If you are trying to download a dead torrent, it SHOULD be listed in the Seed Wanted section. Hmmm interesting...
 
And also, you don't post torrents there in the "See wanted torrents"...  by having them in your client without anyone seeding them they will appear in that list.
