How to open ISO files

Hi all!

I just downloaded the EPCOT History and Opening Ceremony ISO file, and I can't seem to open it... nor do I know how... hahaha. I feel like such an amateur for posting this, but I need the help.

Is there some program I need to extract this kind of a file? Also, will I be able to burn this on DVD?

My computer runs on OS X.

I can't wait to watch the video. Ever since last Monday, I've been completely obsessed with everything EPCOT. :lol:
 
Thanks again! Its burning right now.

I just got this Mac about a month and a half ago, and I'm still getting used to it. I've been a Windows XP girl for too many years. :lol:
