not connecting

I'm trying to download the 2006 Epcot Entrance Loop (enhanced).mp3

It shows 3 seeders but I'm not connecting. Is this a problem on my end? Is a seeder someone with an active file in an open client? Thanks for any help.

Could be a number of things. They could be tapped out with other people leeching from them. Maybe they are at their bandwidth cap, or max connections, etc.

Just let it sit, eventually it may come through...
