Not seeing video Only getting Audio

I've downloaded the WDW Christmas Day Parade.  It took forever.  But, while I'm hearing the audio, I'm not seeing the video.  I also downloaded the Villians Mix and Mingle.  I was able to see the video for that.

Can someone tell me why I have no video for the Christmas day parade?  Can someone help me fix it?
 
What is a VLC player?  Why won't it just play in Windows Media Player or WinAmp like the other video did?  Is it because it is HD?
 
Sounds like you need the right video codec to play it.  The XMas parade appears to be using the DIVX codec, so you'll want to install that.  Not all video is created the same, and the same holds true for audio.

AVI is a container for audio and video, it's NOT a video/audio format.  Which means not all AVI files will play on all machines.  If you want more help I would suggest setting aside some time and visiting www.videohelp.com, they can explain just about everything having to deal with audio and video.
