Redirecting a torrent.

Hey all I have a question I use Bittorrent and does anyone know how to redirect the client to a seeding file that has been added to so the new files can be downloaded instead of the entire thing again?
 
I use bittorrent as well, and if I understand your question correctly, you just need to save the file that will download in bittorrent in the same directory you saved the original in. It will automatically know what new files it needs to download. I hope that this helps!
