Torrent download question

Hi, I have just a real quick question.

I registered for this site just a few days ago. I want to download a torrent from here, but it says I'm not authorized to download anything. Why is that happening? Do I need to be a member here for a certain period of time before I can download torrents? Thanks for any help. I'll be patient if I gotta wait, I just wanted to know why it's telling me I'm not authorized to download torrents.
 
You check the e-mail address that you registered with? Should have gotten an e-mail from the site to finalize your account. Says your account is still validating...
 
^I could have sworn I got a Validation e-mail. Unless there's 2 separate e-mails, one to activate the account and one for validation. If there's 2, I may have accidentally deleted the one for validation and I don't know how to get another validation e-mail :(
 
Yep, I did click the link in the e-mail that I did get. It said it would activate my account but I can't remember if it said something about validation or not.
